Thandai Cheesecake

Bringing a twist to the classic Indian drink thandai. The same warm, spiced taste, but in cheesecake form. Placed on top of a buttery, flaky, graham cracker crust. It is topped with cardamom whipped cream, and finished off with drops of thandai syrup,and topped off with fresh mint.
